Guidelines

We kindly remind guests that our hotel accepts credit cards only. A valid credit card is required for booking, check-in, and payment.

Policies

Guaranteed Reservation & Check-In
  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Early check-in (subject to availability): 
  • $29 + tax, from 12:00 PM–2:00 PM
  • $49+ tax, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Check-Out
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out (subject to availability):
  • $29 + tax, from 12:00 PM–2:00 PM
  • After 2:00 PM: Full nightly rate will apply


Reservation Requirements
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s licence only).
  • A major bank-issued credit card in the primary guest’s name.


Security Deposit
  • An incidental pre-authorization of $150 must be processed at check-in using the primary guest’s valid credit card issued by a major bank.
  • Pre-authorization release may take 5–15 business days depending on your bank.

If ID or Credit Card cannot be provided, the hotel may deny check-in or cancel the reservation.


Third-Party Bookings

The name listed on the reservation must correspond with the name on the credit card presented at check-in. Additionally, the reservation must be made under the name of the guest staying in the room.


Photo ID & Age Requirement
  • The Primary guest checking in must be at 19 years old and above
  • Government-issued photo ID is required for all guests above 12 years staying in the room.


Taxes & Fees

Room Taxes (18.5% total)

  • GST: 5%
  • PST: 8%
  • MRDT: 3%
  • ME MRDT: 2.5%
  • Credit card processing fee: 2.4

Additional

  • Parking:
  • Outdoor: $30 + tax/night
  • Underground: $35 + tax/night


Housekeeping & Supplies
  • Dirty dishes: $25 + tax
  • Luggage storage:
  • Large bags: $10 (same day) / $15 + taxes per night
  • Small bags: $5 (same day) / $15 + taxes per night
  • Rollaway bed: $25 + tax per night
  • Crib: $10 + tax per night
  • A full housekeeping service is provided complimentary on the 3rd night


Occupancy & Extra Guest 
  • Maximum occupancy depends on room type:
  • Robson Suite: up to 6 guests
  • Harbour Suites: up to 6 guests
  • Two Queen Bed Suites: up to 4 guests
  • Penthouse Suites: up to 6 guests
  • Bachelor Suites: up to 2 guests

Extra Guests
  • Children (12 & under): $15 + tax/night
  • Adults (12+): $25 + tax/night


Additional
  • Please note use of the kitchen stove is available for an additional of $25 + tax per night.
  • For Robson & Harbour View Apartments private bedroom, $29 + tax per night is applied for fewer than two guests.


Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • Refundable Reservations
  • Free cancellations are permitted 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check-in will be considered non-refundable
  • No-show: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged for all prepaid reservations. (non-refundable).
  • Non - Prepaid reservation:
  • Within the 48-hour period prior to the check-in date, the first night charge of the stay will be processed through the primary guest credit card provided to guarantee the reservation.
  • Credit card provided to guarantee the reservation must match with the guest staying.
  • $150 Incidental preauthorization will be processed before 7 days of the scheduled check in.
  • No-show: First night amount of the reservation will be charged (non-refundable).


Cardholder Requirement
  • Cardholder must be present at check-in and staying in the room.

Please note that for any changes to reservations made via third-party OTAs (Other Travel Agencies), please reach out directly to the OTA.


Visitor & Noise Policy
  • Visitors must register their ID at the front desk.
  • Visitors are welcome from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Visitors staying beyond these hours: $30 + tax per person
  • Noise or disturbances may result in additional charges for loss of revenue.
  • Please note visitor parking is subject to an additional fee of $30 + tax.


Pet Policy
  • Dogs under 30 lbs: $29 + tax per night per pet.
  • Service dogs stay complimentary with valid proof certification at check in.
  • We kindly ask that pets always stay with their owners, as leaving them unattended in the room may cause stress for your pet and disturbances for others.
  • Any damage or disturbance caused by pets will be charged to the guest’s credit card.


Non-Smoking Policy
  • Our rooms, balconies, parking areas, and all shared spaces are 100% non-smoking
  • Violations will result in: $250 + tax cleaning/fumigation fee

Additional charges for any loss of revenue caused by room downtime.
